Slow or unresponsive handling of some cases
“My husband hired this guy for two workers comp cases last year. Every time he would go to the doctor or receive any other doumentation (i.e. PT schedules , HR documents) I faxed ALL paperwork to him. I even asked my husband if Mr. Martay responds that he receives the documents. My husband has recently discovered his first claim from 2015 was denied and Mr. Martay didn't even notify him!!”
