Highly effective and a good rate.

I will never use the hammer again the communication was really good when I was starting my case when it was time to settle He stop replying to my email and my phone calls I really think that my lawyer did what was best for him.🤔

I am a first time homeowner and Chuck was my attorney. He was very patient, answering whatever question I might have along the way. He was available and explained things in such a way that I could understand. I liked the fact that he was available past business hours and would respond to your call, email, text within 24 hours. Working with the seller he was very thorough and let me know just how to proceed with negotiations regarding property repair. I was really nervous at the closing but he made me feel very at ease with his hands on approach and professional courtesy. Had to sign a ton of papers and Chuck made sure I understood what I was signing and explained each and every page. I would highly recommend.

Chuck was amazing. The sale of my house is on the top of the worse of all closings with 4 contracts, a very difficult buyer's agent and attorney, but Chuck perservered to the closing. Chuck was completely ethical in our $99 agreement and professional despite the challenges. I would highly recommend him.

Horrible experience. I would NOT suggest this law firm to any of my closest friends if they had come across an unfortunate incident like I had. I had filed my case with Bradley back in November 2015. During the course of the following three months my case was tossed from attorneys and paralegals countless times. Not to mention, one lawyer I finally liked withdrew from the firm without my knowledge until I blankly found out I was assigned to another attorney. Then in February 2016, the law firm was so eager to send me a contract and expecting me to sign it right away without discussing the parameters of the settlement that had been in court. Not until I saw a physical copy of the contract, I noticed I was only compensated for the loss of income NOT including the medical expenses my insurance had covered while I went ahead to seek medical attention. Thus, I brought it to the firm's attention that I refuse to sign the contract until they fight back in court to include the medical expenses! I went on three months during the process without hearing back so I took the initiative to contact the firm to find out what the hell was going on to whomever is taking care of my case. Finally got a hold of my attorney, repeatedly went over my requests and demands I look forward to see in the newly binded contract. As of August 2016. I am left with disappointment, without patience, and beyond baffled with the result. I wasted my precious time and energy with this firm. Nothing from the first contract was changed!!!! Holidays aka MONTHS had passed and NOTHING was ever resolved or adjusted. Beyond disappointed. If you want a great Injury/WC law firm go to RAY ASHER ***I think it's baffling that years later, I still read what a poor, incompetent, lying firm this is. I have a gut feeling they're paying some people to leave 5 star reviews. I'm sure they pick and choose which cases to actually help and left the majority to suffer. Please stop this madness!!! All of you, lawyers and paralegals, you spent years to study law. Now why are you using the law and provided evidence to manipulate and take advantage of your clients?!?! 08/2020****
