Chuck is amazing! Made the home buying process a breeze!

I retained this firm 3 days after my injury. It has been almost 3 months and the insurance company is still "investigating". What I find even more disturbing is that they don't even know what the insurance company is investigating and why after all of this time. In the meantime, I need surgery and am unable to get it because the insurance company has not accepted or denied responsibility for the claim. My private insurance won't pay until they issue a denial. I have been off without pay all of this time. They do not return phone calls or keep me updated. The paralegal makes phony entries into the case log stating that she called and left a voicemail, which NEVER happened. This has been a nightmare! I'm retaining one of their neighbors RIGHT NOW!
