I was anxious about what to expect and the entire experience was greater than expected! Dr. Flood spent an inordinate amount of time explaining the process, etc. and answering all of my questions/concerns fully using terms and visuals I was able to totally understand.q

Been a patient of Dr Timothy Flood for 25 years. Even when he left Ingalls office in Harvey, I told him he wasn't ditching me with these eyes. Although Illinois Retina has offices (12) and some very close to me - I'll make the trek to the loop. If emergency.- I know there is an office nearby. Validated discount parking downtown. This is my safe place. My eyes are VERY important to me.

I have been going to Illinois retina for the last 30 years. In this last year, I have been the beneficiary of many kindnesses from staff. They have gone out of their way to assist me, when they didn’t need to do anymore than their job. I know I am in more than capable hands with Dr. flood. He is a very human doctor, and I believe truly cares about his patients. I would definitely recommend filling my retina associates and Dr. flood to anyone.
