An employee who claimed to be named Jessica (likely just a screen name) from Walner reached out to me under the guise of “The Chicago Attorney Intake Office”. When I asked for their site, I was sent to Walner Law. Walner law solicits people less than 24 hours following an accident. Although public record, this is illegal, and it’s gross you are calling people to poach them the morning after an injury. Clean up your act Walner.

I wanted to share my personal experience with this law firm. I was involved in hit and run accident on Jan 20, 2023, with a passenger. I received a call from Walner regarding my accident, and a gentleman came to my house discussing my case. Being I was at no fault I decided to go walner. I originally started out with a lady named Rose and then transferred to another lady , and I forgot her name, then finally to Chris Hoffman, who has been communicating with me since my case started earlier this year. Finally, in September, my case is finally closing, I hope soon. In my opinion, if your case is not big, it's a very long, drawn-out process . I ended up with not that much leftover from 12,000 after lawyer fees. Chris was honest to tell it will be a waste to try to sue for more . I agree because it's already almost the end of the year so I hope I hear from them soon. I wanted to wait at the end of the case to write my review. Thanks, Ms. Taylor I'm updating my review its now Sept 29th my case started in January 20th it has been a long drawn out process . Me and the passenger still are waiting.
