Based on a very brief phone conversation and that my employer would give me to substantiate their actions, David dismissed me very suddenly. He said there was a potential case but he would not take it. He didn't give it a chance in a 2 minute phone call.

Very unprofessional! If wish I could rate him a 0. We had a bad connection when he called. He said he heard his voice, an echo coming back. He called me back and then I tried calling him. Nothing worked he started saying "I'm going to get a headache", " I can't talk to you". I didn't have him on speaker. I removed him off my headset. Did everything to help with the issue. Keep in mind the Chicago Board Association recommended him to me due to my issue and I waited 4 days to get a call from him. After nothing seemed to work I say, "Is there an email I can send you information on?". He says, "I can't talk to you, I can't help you, you need to get another lawyer" and hangs up on me. That's it. If he treated me this way I can image how he treats his clients. Maybe he wasn't meant to help me. The reviews on here gave me hope for my issue but I was falsely painted a picture with his high rating.

Will not take the time to hear out your case. Will make a determination based off of your emotions! Lawsuits are stressful, being terminated is stressful. He doesn’t deal with normal people. His idea of reality is far fetched. Find better representation!

Took my case....less a year later they dropped it... what a waste of time after initially telling me that I had a case...I got me another.... better attorney!

Fraud. Literally waste of time. Impossible what they promised. Martha is worst then a little girl. Don't bother with these people. Stop calling my phone.
