Great Attorney Walner Law Firm and his office provided excellent service,demonstrating professionalism,and personal attention to all details of my medical personal injury case.I contacted a few law offices before Walner Law Firm,and they turned me down. There are not enough words to express how satisfied I am with Walner & Associates. From my first interactions with Michael Levin who was so kind and understanding. I was in a horrible auto accident and he made it possible to come to my home and explain all of my options. Josephine was the best contact point to call and finally the best lawyer in the world KRISTIN KLADIS! Kristin was so knowledgeable and guided me step by step about my options and kept me in the loop about my case. This was a very trying time for me and my family. The worst law firm I’ve ever dealt with. Very poor representation. They supposedly represented me in a accident case and they did absolutely NOTHING but waste my time. They never follow up with you, Everytime I’ve communicated with anyone from their office I had to contact them! All information obtained throughout the duration of my case was discovered from my own personal investigation! So why the hell am I paying 40% of collected funds TO REPRESENT MYSELF!

My experience with this law firm has been nothing but great! Everyone was on topic with what was going on. Each of the attorneys and paralegals understood my position and fought until we won. Any question I had was answered and explained many times until I comprehended the current status and the following steps needed to get the deal done. I highly recommend Attorney Mark Karno to all of potential clients who has a serious injury case because they will not fail you. Wonderful job and thank you forever. This journey was not been easy but the greatest gift from the law firm was celebrating a year later from my tragic accident. Happy endings :)

To anyone who's looking for a lawyer to help you in the time of need of a worker's compensation case this law firm is the worst firm by far .... Gina the Lawyer who handles the case refused to pick up the phone to give me any update. My husband hired her due to her promising that she would find my husband proper healthcare within his legal 2weeks of being off on a doctor's note ....my husband was fired due to her not performing the duties( which is malpractice of a lawyer aka loss wages) she promise. He didn't get any health benefits due to the late health care he received from her when Gina was addressed her respond was, they were going to fire you anyways .....my husband was lost for words it took my husband to write a letter addressing Mark L Karno after 180 days after hiring Gina (with only 3phone calls from her )for her to respond back to my husband....There was a time Gina called from her personal phone informing me to give her a call back on the number she called from ....when I did exactly what she asked of me she snapped off asking how did I get her personal phone number when I explained to her that she left a detailed message asking me to call her back she cursed my husband out.. He asked for her to apologize she replied I don't owe you anything and hung up on him. We have lost so much dealing with this law firm we hired them in a time of need and they kicked us harder then the insurance company that we were supposed to be fighting against ..... I spoke to Mark L Karno he was not concerned about the conduct his legal team provided me ........ Which raised a red flag to me.... here it is a year six months later with no result or any call backs am paying 20% to get her voicemail ...... oh yeah don't try calling the main office for any questions they don't pick up nor do call backs and if you do get threw to the front desk for a status check I bet you my bottom dollar Gina will not have any updates notes for you..... I was promise my check in August here it is late September with no call backs or nor emails from them ...... Gina favorite excuse is an not in the office so I don't know what to tell you ....so I asked myself if your not in the office then how do you work or what the hell am I paying you for if you not in the office working getting my case in resolved ??? Take from a person who has almost two years experience with Mark L Karno & Associates NEVER CALL THEM IF YOUR LOOKING FOR REAL HELP AND A BOSS WHO CARES ABOUT HIS BRAND AND COMPANY BUT MOST OF ALL THE PEOPLE HE SWORE TO FIGHT FOR !!!! THIS PLACE IS LESS THAN A HALF A STAR ..... HOPEFULLY GINA MIGHT GIVE ME A CALL AFTER SEEING THIS REVIEW !!!!

I believe they are closed/out of business now because I keep calling and neither the attorney or assistants at the office answer anymore.
