“Not really here for the people to help. Pick and choose who they want to help and if they don't want to help they won't tell u will make u wait u literally have to reach out to ask them if they will help u a lot of wasted time just to be denied.”

Lack of follow-up and delayed decision-making
“Now, I have since found a lawyer who worked with me and my situation and I have completed my task in October and it only took him 3 weeks. Guess what?!?!?! I finally got a letter in the mail from cvls and they will not help me or should I say take my case. So why the hell did it take 6 months when you told me it would be 2-3 months and what made you come to this decision.”
