In 2001, our family hired Michael to handle our father's passing at a nursing home. It was a very hard time for our family, but he was so kind, gracious, understanding, and sympathetic throughout the process. You don't find many lawyers who have a soft heart, well in my opinion that is. He handled our case professionally, answered our questions in a timely matter and assured us we were winning our fight, and we did. I always refer my family and friends if I hear they are in need of an accident or medical claims atty. Without any hesitation Ill go back to him if ever in need. Hopefully not, but in case we do, we got "our guy"
