They worked on our process 2 years ago and I was very unsatisfied. We paid ALL in advance (around $6K) in just one payment and got ZERO personal attention. It's just a big firm which has already forgotten the basics of customer service. Everytime I visited the office I saw different people who gave us different and short information that definitely caused us to waste a lot of time in the process. I saw or emailed at least 5 different assistants/lawyers and they also changed the lawyer and assistant assigned to our case in the middle of the process. We met our actual lawyer till the day before our interview. Even though she was friendly she didn't know anything about us! My husband got super mad the first and only time he went there. We waited for 90 minutes, got not even a "sorry for the delay". He missed work. And my case was an "easy one" (adjustment of status, legal entry, no criminal record) so unless that's your case and you don't care about personalized service you better find something better. We all deserve a better service than what this firm provides. Very unpleasant.

Very nice staff and people. I got a question and there on point with everything. I do recommend it. To stop by and ask some questions if your not sure. Big help. It answer my question. Thanks. 100% thanks.
