I was in a stagnant case for almost 5 years due to lack of help from them, they were paid mad for half of the case and when I was ready to continue they no longer wanted to take the case and they still did not reimburse me anything, no recomiendo no ayudan lo suficiente sólo quieren agarrar el dinero

They'll take your money and forget about you. No updates, they're never in the office and if they are they don't answer their calls. So glad the case is at its end so my family can be done with them.

Mauricio is really bad at communicating with clients , I spoke with Nayeli but nothing has been solved really, really bad costumers service they need to remember that we make their paychecks because we could it use other lawyer firm.

My sister and I have had an appointment set for a month. This was an over the phone consultation where we were disclosing information that could help us petition for our mother. Throughout the conversation we were asked a series of questions about our family, specific timelines, and dates of certain paperworks. To the best of my and my sister’s knowledge we answered every question, until our attorney Katie (how she introduced herself aka Kathleen M. Vannucci), made a remark about our dad's status in the US. The remark was “Do you know if your dad’s first marriage was fraud for citizenship,” then followed up with “I know that is common among Jamaicans.” To say I was floored by her remarks is an understatement. I felt so uncomfortable because even if that was a valid concern the way Kathleen was flippant with those remarks and how she posed those questions was very inappropriate and unprofessional. As a PARTNER in this firm this was the most careless first impression I’ve every seen. Side note: Katie did mention she was sick with COVID and working from home. I don’t under why wasn’t a more competent attorney set in place of her.

Horrible Service! I had a consultation with these people in March paid the consultation fee($110)then paid another $490 April 1st 2022 I received 1 email from the Paralegal (Cynthia Pareda) assigned to my case on April 11 after I explicitly asked to be contacted by phone. I replied to the email and waited over a month before contacting the office and inquiring. I was told by the receptionists that they would relay my message to my Paralegal again I waited towards mid May I arrived in person to dismiss them as my legal counsel and talked with possibly the only competent person there the Supervisor on the phone days afterward because neither her nor my Paralegal worked that day so I wasted money on parking in Chicago for nothing since Google had their office labeled as open and for all intents and purposes they were open. The supervisor refunded the 490 bit said they could.npt refund the 110. Wasted months here away from my wife trying to get her papers for nothing

They are very good lawyers, but, the lawyers I got, Davina Campos and Mauricio Loredo (are very good) but I just got an email saying not to call 4-5 times, that it’s not necessary,. That really did not seem appropriate to me. For starters, they can go months without hearing anything from me, I only get in contact when we get updates. This time, I really needed some information that I wasn’t given in time, which is why I called 4-5 times, I ended up calling the consulate and got the information from them because it was urgent. They charge a lot just for their office for them to say that to me. The email mentioned how they always get back to me, and I have examples of how that was untrue. One being from this week , I sent an email two days ago and no response , but from the one I sent today, I got a response. And one I sent one month ago also regarding very important information has no response. Like I said , very good lawyers but that just seemed very unfair for them to say to me.
