Still waiting for something, anything positive. It's only been 4 years

My name is David Ramirez and in November 2014 I suffered an occupational injury. I was unable to receive the monetary compensation I believed I was entitled to. So I hired an attorney that promised he would be able to do so. That never happened. I had a nice meerkat of unreturned calls, but he assured me he was doing his best and to be patient. In March of 2015 I was once again injured at work. During rehabilitation sessions I saw an advertisement on television for the law firm of Deworkin and Maciariello. I called their number and had a very positive conversation, so I hired their services. This was not a slam shut case and it took until May of 2018 to settle. But during that entire time I was represented by Dominic Maciariello. He continued to have phone conversations and emails with me. As I said it was not a quick process. But Dominic was always positive and encouraging with regards to my feelings and my cases. End result I was awarded a very nice settlement. I would highly recommend the law firm of Deworkin and Maciariello to anyone who is in need of legal representation. If I ever get injured again I would not hesitate to hire them again and ask that Dominic Maciariello represent me.
