This firm is absolutely horrible!!! Truthfulness...NO, Ethical Integrity...NO, Doing The Job You State You're Going To Do...NO. My sister and I retained the services of Attorney Cunningham on January 4, 2023 for probate regarding our loved one's estate. Before retaining Cunningham , we were very clear in explaining our needs, expectations, and the various missteps taken by the previous attorney, which has caused a significant loss of time and money. So we wanted to make sure this go round that the attorney would possess the necessary skillset to handle our case and the time to effectively and proficiently present our case before the judge(s).Cunningham assured us that he would have no problems handling our case. Cunningham was very clear with requesting and having his retainer ($2500)paid before moving forward. Well, needless to say... I wouldn't recommend him to represent a fly on the wall! Let's start off with reason #1. After retaining Cunningham for a liitle over (2) weeks, during that time he was suppose to have a sibling of ours served, which never happened, and he ultimately lied and stated at first she was served earlier that day because he received confirmation, then called my sister back only hours later stating that in fact she wasn't served because there was an address mix up... well if that was the case or better yet if that was the truth, how would did you receive confirmation the sister was served earlier in the day? There were motions to be filed in court (motion for rule to show cause or default wth a warrant, & have probate and chancery case moved before the probate judge, ect.) none of which was ever filed. Now, we have come to February 1st and Cunningham was already informed from the begining the Chancery court date for February 1st, he already knew he needed to file for attorney substitution FROM THE BEGINING. Well, Cunningham goes before the chancery judge unprepared and since Cunningham filed for attorney substitution on January 31st @ 4:44pm (yes, he just filed the evening before court!). So, of course judge pushed the court date out to next month due to Cunningham being unprepared. There's more to mention - but not enough time to type . After not doing anything for our case - he sends a bill for over $1800 in charges and fees! Needless to say he's been fired, a letter of complaint and request for fees sent to ARDC (Attorney Registration & Disciplinary Commission), complaint letter sent to The Inspector General's Office, and of course a civil lawsuit is underway. PEOPLE, PLEASE BEWARE OF THIS FIRM.... S. Powell

If i could I would give this firm 0 as a rating. Jennifer Fragoso would be the main reason for my rating. we hired this firm to help my husband with his son's custody, visitation and child support case. we spend over 14k and finally closed the case. Jennifer Fragoso i believe was an assistant at the firm helping out our attorney Julian Love. Julian, was a good attorney, his intentions seemed good, he was a reasonable person however when Julian wasn't available Jennifer Fragoso would try to assist. however she was NEVER help. she didn't know anything. NOTHING, ZERO!! and it was so frustrating. our messages where never forward to Julian, our calls where never return by Jennifer, every time we interacted with her, we where being billed for. I never liked speaking to her because she NEVER gave us answers. when she would talk to us is to provide us news we already knew... Im not sure what she was doing there but i could tell you she was no help.

In the beginning they were helpful, and my case got done 2 times with them because they were not able to find the right way to do it. They call you only if they need money, and if you complain about their way they just dont even ask you whats going on, they withdraw your case because they dont care as long as they got the money. I gave them the opportunity to be nice yesterday and make things up But seems they want me to write this review. Good luck guys

Have only the best things to say about Cunningham Lopez! My wife's immigration case was quite complicated and they did a great job navigating us through the process. Communication was excellent, along with their customer service, and I really recommend this firm.
