I am very disappointed in the handling of my case I do not feel that my attorney made an effort to represent me, had poor communication, and never addressed my concerns.
I wake up everyday with chronic pain in my neck, shoulders and arms due to the impact of the accident that has cause me to lose some mobility. It has also hindered my ability to fulfill my job as a caregiver as well as damage to my car.
I never received any positive feedback from my attorney only negative answers.
I will never use nor recommend this firm to anyone.

I called in and talked to trena, she was very professional and very knowledgeable about the firm. I was very impressed! I almost thought I was talking to a Lawyer, until she reminded me that she was the receptionist.

I was represented by Matthew Friedman. Erin Carden, Mr. Friedman's Legal Assistant was prompt in returning phone calls, and sending me the documentation I requested. I would not hesitate to recommend this firm. Mr. Friedman does an excellent job with client representation.

Attorney Raquel Gross is a lawyer
at this firm and, in my opinion, she is unprofessional and subpar which
reflects negatively on this law firm as far as I'm concerned. Beware of
this attorney and if you use her, do so at your own risk!!
Follow-up: After reading response from Howard Akin, I called to reach out to him
seeking a resolution as his reply stated and
he irately asked me why I was taking food from the mouths of his family and employees!

They refused to take the case without even looking at or even reviewing any documents related to my case. Essentially - just shot me down before even having all of the information. They falsify their advertising to generate traffic. I cannot comment on their services as I was denied representation after presenting just a few basic statistics about my case.
