WE HAVE TO WAIT DAYS BEFORE A CALL BACK. WC CHECKS STOLEN/LOST TWICE WITHIN A MONTH AND HALF APART, NO CHECK SINCE SECOND WEEK IN OCTOBER NOW THIS IS THE SECOND WEEK IN DECEMBER. THEY SHOW NO CONCERN: THEY DON'T READ OR MAYBE DON'T WRITE NOTES. THIS IS SECOND ATTORNEY BOTH TELL THE CLIENT DO WHAT THEY SUPPOSE TO DO. THIS IS NOW 06/25/20 NOTHING AND THE CHECKS THAT WORKER COMP. SUPPOSE STILL BE GIVING, 4 OF THEM, THEY DON'T KNOW WHERE THEY SEND THEM. THIS 9 WEEKS AGO SAYING YOU'RE OFF WORKERS COMP. STILL NO settlement check. FINALY A SETTLEMENT 4 YEARS LATER; THE WORKER COMP CHECK BARELY BET THE SETTLEMENT CHECK. WHAT CREDIT WE DID HAVE MESS UP NOW.

I want to start by saying the moment I called ankin law I was instructed by 2 amazing people Karolina and Justin and first thing they ask was are me and my family okay and from that moment I knew I was dealing with people who cared. Karolina answered every question I had fast & quick she kept me informed on every step of the way. Even made sure we got the extra help me and my kids and always answer when ever I called they always respond. And I truly recommend them to the whole wide world cause they will take good care of you and your family thanks very much for being there.

I had a work related injury 2016, I was off of work for around 2 months. Long story short my case still isn't settled. My case was suppose to have been settled a year ago, they don't call to follow up nothing. I've been calling and calling and mostly they won't answer, when they do all I get is the run arounds. Two months ago I was told by one of the assistants that my original attorney Jill Wagner is no longer there or her assistant Ray. When I asked why my case wasn't settled yet , I was told they weren't aware I wanted to settle? The assistant then says alright I'll have it motioned to settle , it should take a week to recieve your check. I said ok, it's now been two months no call of course and no one will return my messages. Smh this is really frustrating it's been 4 long years going on 5. I really tried not to write a negative review but I don't know what to do at this point, and I don't like being lied to. This has turned into a nightmare they are very unprofessional and all I have been hearing are lies. Most of these reviews I believe are fake or bought and it's really ashame because they advertise all these commercials making people believe they will fight and take care of them. It's been 4 years, I'm not being taken care of. What are y'all waiting for? me to die?

I was connected to Scott Goldstein who is an expert in Workers Compensation at Ankin Law. He was always responsive when I contacted him and let me tell you, he will perform his best for you! I tore my rotator cuff and had a long rehab. Through it all my attorney Josh Rudolfi and Stephany Sosa were attentive, quick to respond and most importantly honest from beginning to end. They delivered on what they said they would do. Listen bottom line is if you need someone to advocate for you, you won’t do better than Josh Rudolfi and Stephany Sosa!
