Briefly I just like to say thank you to Scott Goldstein of a Ankin Law . Speaking from a common worker is myself and many others out there that have no idea where to go when you’re injured on a job or other injuries Scott Goldstein is in my summation one of the most culpable attorneys I have ever encountered and I thank the Lord I Ankin Law to Represent me in court if there was a way to give six stars I would anytime the insurance company would try to shortchange me on an operation or my compensation check Scott probably got on the phone and made it right for me. I had to discharged this law firm due to poor communication. The paralegal Esmeralda Ruiz would never return my calls or answer any of my questions. To top it off I was receiving the incorrect amount of money every week due to poor research on my case. After hiring a new attorney he advise me about that. Very disappointed in ankin law firm. I’m glad I discharged them ASAP.

I had a work related injury that I tried to handle on my own. It wasn't until a few months after my injury that I realized I needed to retain an attorney to speak on my behalf. I was watching T.V. one morning and saw an advertisement from Ankin law as well as another law firm. I called both law firms, the first law firm did not think that I had a case. However, Ankin law was willing to take my case. Attorney Jill Wagner and her assistant Yuliana Alvarez worked diligently to make sure that I received the necessary care, that my medical expenses were paid as well as that I received a fair settlement. My only recommendation is that they should contact the client on a regular basis to update the client of the status of the case. LaSharanda Moore
