What I can say is that the trust I felt with David handling my case was simply awesome. The first day I contacted this firm David responded to me within 15 minutes or less. The professionalism I experienced is worth 10 stars… last thing I was overly satisfied!!!

These guys took a NASTY situation, against skilled opposing counsel and got all the cases dismissed. Two with prejudice. I needed counsel FAST and these guys took the time to do a 90 minute interview to see if they could take the case - no charge. It was the most customer-centric thing I’ve experienced in a decade. It’s a boutique firm and it felt like if they were going to take me, they were going to bleed for me and they wanted to tell me what the future was going to look like. Then they sent me their fee structure (crazy reasonable) and I signed the retainer. One curious point - these guys were obsessive about my case. Like it was personal. Like losing was going to ruin their reputation. Felt awesome. And one of the partners (King) answered every single one of my calls within two rings (about fifty calls over six months). On one he was white water rafting or something and the other he was on a long run. I genuinely felt like I had a team. Any work that could be pushed to their associate to save me money was done - and Jeff (associate) was ON POINT. I’d put him up against any $1,000/hour lawyer in the city. And they’d regret it. They worked together seamlessly. They have a brilliant accountant/partner on staff. Can’t say enough good about them. HIGHLY recommended. If you’re lucky enough for them to have time to take you as a client, you will be well served. I’d venture to say it’s the highest quality legal representation in the city for the most reasonable price, with no bureaucracy. And this is coming from a guy that doesn’t like to write reviews. I believe it was destined for me to meet Bill solely by accident so my life can change 180 degrees. I was randomly selected for a diversity visa (DV) and I wanted to adjust my status (AoS) while in the US as I had a job with an H1-b visa then. Initially, I filed my DS-260 application requesting to have my DV interview in a consulate outside the US. But, because of COVID, consular interviews were delayed and I found a job in the USA in June. I have consulted many attorneys who were not excited to take my case as AoS takes 1-2 years while I only had 3 months for my case to get approved. However, Bill decided to take the risk and was confident that there was a very good chance of success if we have planned it right. From day one, Bill and his associate (Naiara) worked tirelessly to get my paperwork done. Their efforts, efficiency, swiftness, and professionalism were like no other! They updated me every day and every step of the way. They made contacting and communicating with them super easy and accessible. They knew exactly what they were doing from the beginning, always anticipated what might go wrong and had plan B for them. Their enormous effort in contacting KCC (which was extremely difficult then) and pushing them to the limits made THE difference.
