We contacted Washington Law Offices to handle an issue of inhabitability due to a pest infestation issue. Attorney Washington was responsive, compassionate and keenly aware of our legal rights in this situation under Illinois law. After assessing the situation, she drafted a demand letter within days and positioned us to successfully move out without any legal repercussion or retaliation from the property management company. I would highly recommend her services as she is extremely well suited to represent in the realm of tenant/property management disputes.

Over the years I’ve had many issues I’ve needed an attorney for and I’ve always received solid, honest, and trustworthy advice from my attorney Maudia Washington. She has saved me a lot of money and time over the years. While other attorneys do whatever they can to inflate their bill, Maudia Washington is always fair and reasonable with hers. My bill is always lower than I thought it would be. I recently had a real estate closing and she not only prevented the buyers from demanding unreasonable credits at closing, she also made suggestions saving me a lot of money.

I was referred to the Washington Law information from my employee benefits department. I contacted the office to find out I had to pay a $5.00 for the consultation. Which was shocking because my benefits stated it was a free consultation. I paid the $5.00 and scheduled the appointment with the Washington Law. The attorney was 10 minutes late for the 1:15 pm appointment, she then told me she had another appointment scheduled at 1:25 pm and they may dial into the call. I stated that was not fair since she was late for the scheduled appointment. After explaining the situation, the line went dead, and I have not been able to get in contact with the lawyer-Washington after calling back eleven times. I would not recommend her services. I gave one star because I could not submit the review without selecting something.

Mr. Wise is the best D.U.I attorney in the business! He makes you feel like a family member as opposed to a client! He is the most professional and hardworking attorney around. He provided an honest assessment of my case, thoroughly explained all options and then proceeded to defend my case with maximum effort. If there is anyone I would want to represent myself or a member of my family it would be Howard J. Wise! Can’t recommend him enough! He’s simply the best in the business!
