Update: the owner Domonique called me personally and my case was closed up within a couple of weeks of this review. Although I loved this kind of movement and service I did express to him that it should not have taken a bad review to get traction and answers. So hopefully moving forward they assist clients better before a bad review hits. But thank you for resolving my case and getting me some money back. Ridiculous Communication. I have never dealt with any law firm such as this. From the beginning everything just took so long. Bootleg therapists and all. I even had to call the medical office they hired to get my paperwork sent over to the attorneys office. They don’t communicate well at all. They supposedly sent my offer over and the assistant didn’t even advise me correctly mind you, at the end of December last year. We are not almost 60 days past the 30 day response mark and the insurance company accepted responsibility! So why does it take me two weeks now leaving voicemails and calling after calling…..no response!!!! The worst experience ever! I lost my car behind all this from waiting and waiting. I couldn’t get an advance cause the attorney wouldn’t approve the amount I needed! I was out of work for over 3 Months!!!!! If I could sue this firm I would.
