Andy Brabender got my security deposit, plus damages, with very little work on my part. He was extremely professional, kind, responsive, and patient with all my questions. Most important, he and his team got results quickly when I thought I'd never get my deposit back! Highly recommend this legal group for landlord related problems.

If you want to receive a medical bill LONG after your case is closed, go with Neal Gainsberg.
I told Neal several times that my concern was to NOT have any providers asking for payment AFTER the settlement was disbursed and case closed. Meaning, I wanted ALL PROVIDERS to be paid BEFORE any disbursements of funds to me OR Neal. Sound reasonable, right? YET, I received a bill in the mail for a medical expense long after my case closed. I submitted the SAME BILL to Neal for payment months before my case closed. So, he was aware of the bill. I was very thorough with my bills and paperwork.
And talking/dealing with Neal was worse than my accident. He's arrogant, condescending and downright rude. I hated having to talk to him. Even e-mailing was unpleasant. Why didn’t I just seek other representation? Because, I would’ve had to pay this dude for the so called time he allegedly spent on my case.
Don't buy the nice guy energy when you first talk to him, as that is his representative and you will see the REAL person soon enough. Nasty, haughty, patronizing. Just unpleasant and unlikable.
I was glad when my case closed, so I would not have to interact with this guy anymore.

The e-mail Neal Gainsberg noted in his response that I sent to him is listed below, as well as his response to me asking him about the unpaid bill, which I sent to Neal on January 14, 2020. Not once in his reply to me regarding the unpaid bill, did Neal accept blame and offer to pay a portion of the bill. And regarding “personal attacks”, Neal was very rude and condescending in his tone with me. No lie has been told regarding my assessment of his character and behavior.

“My point, which you’re attempting to dance around, is all medical expenses should have been paid before any disbursements were made to me OR you. How many of your clients receive medical bills after their case is settled and closed???
That’s okay, I will pay the bill.
I really didn’t want to reach out to you about this foolishness, because I regretted hiring you the minute that I saw your nice guy persona was nothing but a bait and switch. An act.. Typical of certain ilks.
Your rudeness and condescending attitude did not go unnoticed and I was thankful to put this matter behind me, so I would not have to interact with you any longer. Dealing with your smugness and arrogance was worse than my accident. Then, to see your sloppy handling of my case left an unpaid medical bill long after the case is closed.
Clearly more attention and concern would’ve been paid had my accident resulted in long term and lasting injuries. Thankfully that wasn’t the case. Even more thankful that you couldn’t make more money from my misfortune.
No need to respond, because I do not care what you have to say.”

Neal Gainsberg response to my inquiry regarding the unpaid bill.
“Tina,
My records show that BCBSH paid this provider.
Is this patient portion. I wasn’t aware of this.”
Neal’s e-mail above is a lie, because I have records that show Neal was informed of the bill on January 14, 2020.
There was no mention in Neal’s e-mail regarding rectifying his inadequate representation that left me with an unpaid medical bill, yet Neal pretends in his response to this review that he was planning to remedy his oversight. Do not buy the charade..
