Dominick Neal And Mr. Gainsberg was very well and awesome at making sure I’m getting paid also love that Mr.Neal always contacted me and gave me updates I mean sometimes I feel as they did get busy and forget to contact me but for the most part they were on top of it and very honest and any miscommunication was definitely cleared up to me and fixed I’m happy to say I would recommend them to others in the future :)

Well the overall experience working with them was good, however the assistant who works with attorney Gainsberg was not upfront and transparent with me about to settlement money. At first he told me my settlement was $9, 000 and something I called him back and asked him if that amount include their fees he told me no that they will take one third of that for asking that I should walk away with about 6,000 something he said yes so I went ahead and signed the papers then he tells me in another conversation after I signed the papers that I'll be getting 3,000 something after all the other expenses were taken out at that point I wanted to reject the offer I had already signed the papers so they are good lawyers but make sure you ask the right questions because the assistant is not very upfront and transparent can I get the feeling that that was kind of done intentionally

Gainsberg not only talk with you during the whole process, his company is phenomenal best place to go if you have an accident and injury
