Jan is an amazing attorney! I retained her in 2008 to handle my divorce and child custody and she has continued to represent me for ongoing issues since my divorce was finalized in 2010. Jan was up front with me from the start and provided honest and quality guidance based on my particular circumstances. As a Soldier in the US Army, I knew the chances of getting physical custody of my daughter were slim. However, after being granted temporary custody of my daughter, Jan provided outstanding legal representation, which ultimately resulted in me receiving sole custody of my daughter. Jan has always responded in a timely and efficient manner and during the few times she was unavailable, one of the quality attorneys in her firm were there to answer my questions and/or provide representation.
