Fantastic firm! They turned something that for years I've considered a loss into a victory. There was clear detailed communication throughout the process, and I'm greatly appreciative of the hard work that was put it in to receive the well deserved results.

I have been a client of Chris Walsh for many years. My recent appeal was denied but in the letter Mr. Walsh stated if I obtain a favorable appraisal he would appeal it to the State Property Tax Appeal Board. What is disturbing is on October 13, 2022, at Mr. Walsh's request, I did obtain a favorable appraisal using the appraiser recommended by Mr. Walsh. I asked the appraiser to send it to Mr. Walsh. On November, 1, 2022 I wrote an email to Mr. Walsh asking if he had everything he needed from me including the appraisal/NO RESPONSE. I have written two emails and left a voicemail to ascertain if Mr. Walsh will be filing an appeal with the State Property Tax Appeal Board. NO RESPONSE. As a fellow member of the bar I find it VERY UNPROFESSIONAL not to respond.
