DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. EVER I HAVE Been waiting over 2 1/2 years. Lost everything. This law firm is the worst. I had to threaten to take them to court inorder for my case to get moved along. I've had 4 different layers in my case, never once did they let me know. I have to call them every time. They never call me. If you use them be papered to wait year's loose all your belonging cause they don't care. And you better call everyday other wise you all never get anywhere. Worst law firm ever. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS LAW FIRM PLEASE CONSIDER ANYONE ELSE.

My employer decided to fight my Workman's Compensation claim. The employer tried every trick in the book but Dworkin & Maciariello fought for me to the bitter end. Two things I deeply appreciate. 1. The medical attention I received was excellent. They directed me towards the very best doctors who cared for my medical condition. If they thought the doctor was dragging his feet, or not getting results, they got me another Doctor without delay. I never saw a bill for anything including medications. 2. The settlement I received was excellent. My settlement was significantly better then that of my friends who had a similar situation. I highly recommend this law firm to anyone.
