I hired David Martay back in Sept of 2023. I had fallen at work and received some injuries. I gave him only 1 star because it’s been nothing but arguing. In the beginning I had left him a bad review and he emailed me and asked me to take it off and I told him he has to treat me with respect, explain things to me in regards to the case and stop over talking me. He agreed so I took off the bad review and things got a little better. He still liked to have the final say. I settled my case in Feb of 2024 and he got everything together real fast and got a settlement. After we talked about the offer he went back to his old self and put my name on some papers without my permission and never told me. I found out when I received the papers in the mail with the settlement checks. I was mad and when I tried to explain to him that I can’t have my name on an interest bearing account he just started to yell and cut me off when I was talking. I told him I’m done with him and i hung up. During the whole time i had him working on my case i would try to explain something to him and he would get mad and cut you off and not let you talk. I’m sorry I took that other review off and stayed with him. If I was you I would run as fast as you can and not hire him cause like I side he doesn’t listen and do what you need him to do.
