They’ll get the job done: Update spoke to soon as usual. Only left a good review in hopes that would speed up the process and also because they kept hounding me for a good review. They called on the 26th of July to ask how’d I like my settlement received. I told them and they hung up so quickly i couldn’t ask my next question. Tried calling back immediately to which I got no response until August 9th, which is when I was able to sign the settlement that day. I was told at first the insurance company has 30 days to release the funds after me signing(32 days since signing)Now they’re saying 30 days from when the office sends them the signed documents, which apparently this circus of a law firm took 10 days to send out after i signed!!! No you will not be seeing me again if I ever need legal representation, nor would i recommend anyone i know to deal with this law firm. Since I stopped going to physical therapy September 2023 it’s been nothing but multiple lawyer switching, poor communication, me having to get my own medical records for them etc..My cousin is also one of their clients and is dealing with similar bs with this firm. I’m pretty sure this honest review is going delay me even more, but at this point it is what it is. Only 5 star review this place will get from me is when I receive my funds and no longer their client
