I used Jim Lowry for services of Will/Trust.. He's efficient and responsive with any questions I had. Also, was very affordable and helpful through a tough process for me.

I met James through my bankruptcy attorney During the bank fraud forclosures in 2010. He assisted me to stay in my forclosed home for 5 years, to recover some of the financial loss I incured when the bank kept my escrow money through the forclosure process. My case dealt primarily with her partner Stephanie. When Stephanie became unavailable, Michelle stepped in. I always thought a lawyer subbing in for their partner would be more of a placeholder following instructions. I was wrong. Michelle was well versed in my case before we even began discussing it. I credit what I have with my daughter to both their brilliance. I endorse any parent to reach out to them if they need legal assistance.

I was very satisfied with the legal services provided by Michelle Sinkovits. I got in touch with her for legal counsel on a prenuptial agreement my fiance and I were working on. Ms. Sinkovits was very knowledgeable about the law and I felt that she made every effort to keep me aware of my rights and potential future issues contained in the agreement. She respected my decisions, but also wanted to make sure that I was being treated fairly. So I really trusted her advice and felt that I was well represented. I was also impressed by how amicable and respectful Ms. Sinkovits was when responding to the opposing council. Fortunately, it was a smooth and painless prenuptial agreement process.

My husband and I were having issues and I consulted with Ms. Sinkovits while we were in therapy. I have a small business but am not making enough to support myself yet and she guided me through all of my options. It really eased my mind to know that spousal support would be an option because being unable to pay for rent and food on my own was really weighing on me. Thankfully, my husband and I were able to work through some of our issues so have to decided to put divorce on the back burner for now. If things go sour again, I will definitely be hiring her. I had talked to two other attorneys and everyone pushed me in directions I wasn't comfortable in going. I felt like Ms. Sinkovits understood my needs and presented me with the clearest guide as to my options, whichever way B and I ended up going.
