As a first time home (condo) buyer I did as much research as possible but still ran into some issues that I didn't anticipate. Michael, Jake, Magdalena and everyone I worked with were quick when adjustments needed to be made and even helped with some minor issues that arose after closing. A little more expensive than some other quotes I received, but well worth it for the experience and professionalism across the board.
