Fantastic experience. I came from states which were not 'attorney states' so I was a bit puzzled why it was highly suggested to have one here in IL. John and the office were fantastic through and through. They were the glue that held the entire transaction together - particularly when the lender started to get a bit lax. Closing happened quickly and easily. John walked us through all of the documents 'live/virtually'. I highly recommend the Wasserman office!

November 2020 - we found a buyer for our condo in downtown Chicago, and wanted to sell our condo without involvement of any real estate agent. After first conversation - friendly, easy yet to the point, I was confident that I found an office that can guide me through the entire process, including taking care of all required details, like dealing with our HOA, choosing the title company and actually performing the closing with the title company remotely - in this horrible COVID-19 time. Michael and John were responsive, patient, and confident performing their business. There was no guessing what the bill will be - flat fee was agreed upon easily and up-front, and covered all efforts. I will happily recommend this office to my friends.

John Aylesworth and the team at Wasserman were incredibly helpful, responsive, and knowledgable throughout our home purchase.
