I can not express how happy I was with Micheal and John services. John was attentive and always answered my emails in a timely fashion. He helped me understand EVERYTHING at the closing table which is what you NEED in a attorney when purchasing a home. This was my first home I purchased and I felt absolutely confident with John by my side. I would definitely recommend him to my family and friends in the future! Mike was professional and very responsive to our questions as first time home buyers. His knowledge of the process was calming and he answered all of our questions, big and small, in a timely fashion. Mike is absolutely top notch. He was incredibly responsive and on top of everything constantly. He was better about making sure things were done than we were, constantly checking in. He has a completely open door policy as well. I could not ask for a better real estate lawyer. Will for sure be going with him again for any other property needs in the future.

I have worked with Mike Wasserman since 2003 because no one else compares. I am a realltor and in a position to recommend him to many clients. (And he has handled all of my personal RE transactions). Without fail or exception, transactions with him went smoothly and without stress, including a recent deal that had very difficult and challenging circumstances. He is a great lawyer, but an even greater human. Smart, calm and wise.

We worked with Mike on the sale of our home this summer and the experience could not have been better. Like most real estate transactions, we had some bumps in the road but Mike made the process seamless. He had full expertise and control over the issues and he took all the stress out of the experience. He did ALL the heavy lifting, which allowed us to focus on other aspects of our move. Mike has even checked in since our close and made a contribution to a charity of our choice to celebrate our sale. We couldn't have asked for better counsel, service and value.
