When the house where I lived for 32 years was under contract, I felt confused and stressed. Only Michael Wasserman, with his patience, knowledge, and professionalism, made me feel like I didn't have to worry because he had everything under control. Michael Wasserman is for me a wonderful person, with experience not only in Real Estate but also in how to make his clients feel confident that everything will turn out well. When we were a few days away from closing and I was feeling worried, he sent me the following message that made me laugh: We are full speed ahead here. Don't worry! Michael and John helped us sell/close on a condo and then also helped us close on a newly constructed home shortly thereafter. 98% of the process for BOTH closes were efficient, customer centric, and made it easy for us to sit back and let them handle it all. Communication was elite. There was a couple of items with the documents in the portal, but all resolved. Thank you to the firm! The most kudos though go to the fact that they donate 50.00 dollars after each residential closing. I think that is awesome!

Michael Wasserman and his staff were extremely accessible and helpful. Secure and timely transfer of documents was facilitated. There was a single issue where the closure of the attorney review period was not communicated to the Seller's Realtor in a timely manner which resulted in a delay of receiving the second tranche of earnest money for the transaction, but the attorney and staff were quick to react when the issue was raised. Overall the selling process went smoothly. I would use his services again for a real estate transaction.
