I've used Michael for all of my real estate transaction for just about 20 years now. He's always been great with communication during the negotiation stage which I find to be the most stressful.

Fastest condo Sale in my life! Thank you Mr Wasserman! I am very grateful to Michael Wasserman for representing me in a complicated transaction. I am UK citizen and resident, who sold condo in Chicago. It is a complicated transaction, but even with a six hours time difference and necessity to present apostilled documents on another continent, sale went off very smoothly. Michael Wasserman was very helpful and responsive to all my questions and concerns. Michael was with me every step of the way. I am a foreign seller, so the deal had to be coordinated with US accountants as well, which Michael performed on my behalf. When the buyer found issues during the walk through, he negotiated with the buyer and was tough when needed. Overall, it was a fantastic experience! Michael took the time to explain to me page by page documents I received from the seller, to answer all my concerns about those documents. He responded on every email and phone call when I had questions and worries and I’ve got all the answers. The closing went smoothly, I received my money from the title company on the next day after closing. I would highly recommend Michael Wasserman and his firm.

I had a great experience with Michael. I've done a number of RE deals in the past, and finding a good attorney in this space can be tricky. Often you get passed to a paralegal, or the attorneys seem "in cahoots" with the brokers, or they have six closings that day so they can't focus on you, or...something. It's a strange universe, RE attorneys who do closings. But with Michael, you get exactly what you need. Senior counsel directly from a guy who has done this thing a zillion times. He is responsive, knowledgeable, in the details, and he has your back. I will use Michael for all my deals in the future, and couldn't be happier with the service that he provided.
