Attorney Wasserman's attention to detail and rapid response was greatly appreciated. I have worked with previous real estate attorneys in the past and HIGHLY recommend Atty Wasserman. I had a hiccup and Attorney Wasserman handled it quickly and to my benefit.

This was our first time buying a home/condo and Mr. Wasserman made the process so simple and exciting for us. He was very responsive, happy to answer any of our questions, and most importantly made what could have been a very stressful process feel easy and exciting. He is extremely intelligent but was able to explain legal terms in a way we really understood. He made sure that we were safe throughout the process of buying our first home during COVID-19 and walked us through the whole process. Mike represented us during the purchase of our new home in May of 2020. He was fantastic from start to finish. Our lender caused us a lot of heartburn all the way up through closing but Mike was on top of everything. I honestly believe that our closing would have been delayed had it not been for him. I had the pleasure of attaining the services of Michael Wasserman law firm when I was buying my first property. From the standpoint of a first time homebuyer with a busy work schedule, I was very impressed with how Michael Wasserman and John Aylesworth handled everything. Where as John took me through the process, Michael still reached out to me to introduce himself and thanked me for wanting to do business with them and also offered his support if I needed to tap into his extensive knowledge and expertise. Attorney John Aylesworth was very professional and so supportive. He walked me through the whole process. I explained that I was a first time homebuyer and had a busy work schedule. He explained the whole process to me, and reminded me each step of the way of anything i’d forgotten. John took care of everything and I never had to worry about a thing. Both Aylesworth and Wasserman kept all forms/lines of communication open to me via email, phone, txt. They always responded to my emails promptly, my calls were always answered and I never once completed a conversation feeling confused or dissatisfied. I was told to expect to be there for 60-90 mins however, everything was completed in 40 mins. FANTASTIC!! We used Michael as our attorney during our experience buying our first house, ( which was a bit complicated because we were doing a rehab loan, and it required more than the usual level of negotiations. During the intervening 5 years since we bought, it was always just a thing we looked forward to to get his thoughtful emails on our anniversary of our closing dates and our birthdays. I know lots of businesses do this,but these were thoughtful and personalized. Needless to say when it was time to sell we returned to his group for our representation and again were so pleased with their level of attention to detail, flexibility working through COVID, and high level of professionalism.
