Michael and team were referred by my realtor and he did not disappoint! After having gone through this process once before a year ago, Michael’s process was so much more involved in regards to communication and follow up. He even helped me out with a situation after the closing. Highly recommend!

My wife and I worked with Michael for our first condo purchase, which we closed on April 2020, and we couldn't have had a better attorney for the process. As first-time homeowners, Michael's breadth of knowledge and experience was invaluable. He not only took the time to walk through any questions we had, but he provided a lot of guidance on the requirements and to-dos that come with purchasing a home and was extremely prompt with any communication throughout the process. Additionally, we had the unfortunate luck to have our closing occur while in the midst of the shelter in place order due to COVID-19. Michael made sure to inform us of the safety recommendations for closing, gave us the different options to choose from, and worked with us to make sure that closing was a seamless and safe process for everyone involved. It could not have gone smoother. I would highly recommend working with Michael for any real estate purchase or sales process! You will not be disappointed.

Mike and John were instrumental in helping me buy my first condo. My real estate agent was no help at all in walking me through the steps of the buying process, but Mike and John were there through it all. They sent along detailed checklists and documents outlining what to do next. Plus, they were available for panicked calls from me when something changed and I needed assistance asap. Called Michael Wasserman today, as I had an unexpected hurdle come up in a housing transaction with a home closing next week and needed some legal guidance/advice to know what to look for to ensure that my interests were protected. Mr. Wasserman was too busy to help me with such a quick "turnaround" time and abruptly ended the call. Seemed like a nice enough guy, but buyer beware.

I used Michael on my four of condo - three units building transactions. He is very honest, prompt, careful and does his do diligence in detail in every transaction. He is easy to work with. I highly recommend his services.
