If there was a delay in receiving information, the team communicated with us to let us know. During the closing, every step of the process and contract was clearly explained to us and any questions were answered thoroughly. Even beyond the process itself, the firm was very helpful with advice for different steps of the process. And one of the best bonuses was that they donate to a charity of your choice from a list of Chicago charities following the closing of your home, which I found to be an inspiring end to the process.
