Larry was amazing from the start. He explained everything until we understood, whether it was going over something just once or 4-5 times. I engaged King Jones to help me force a buyout agreement on a laundry company lease that was very one-sided in favor of the laundry company. Jeff and Paul made me feel validated in my complaint and kept my work load (and stress) light as they handled all communications with the other party from the point of engagement forward. After a couple months of pushing, Jeff and Paul got the company to respond and we reached a reasonable settlement amount. And their retainer and fees were reasonable and in line with their initial guidance.
