Peter Berk represented me in my condo sale. The buyer and buyer's attorney were extremely aggressive/demanding and I nearly walked away from the transaction. Peter defended my interests and was able to negotiate a satisfactory compromise. The next time I buy a home, I will ask Peter to represent me. He is an outstanding attorney!

If your looking for results along with kindness and understanding look no further. I was at the end of my rope. I had an awful experience with a different attorney. I didn't know what to do. I called the American Bar Association to ask for help. I explained my situation and they gave me Mr. Berks name and phone number. I was scared to call because of what I just went through. Then Mr. Berk called me I didn't answer because of my feelings. He left the kindest message that eased my feelings. I AM SO THANKFUL I MADE THAT CALL BACK !!! Mr. Berk and his associate Miss Milman were the absolute best attorneys you could ask for. They never made me feel awful for my situation, asking a ton of questions, or sharing my fears. They always gave a 110% and you could tell they really care about their clients. What took the other attorney almost 3yrs to not completed Mr. Berk had started the process in a week and we had a final answer in 4 months. I am not one to write reviews. In this case, however, I had to find the time and make an exception for this firm. Recently, I had an occasion to work with this firm on a legal matter. Success in the practice of law requires a combination of 4 key elements viz. competency, boldness, honesty and impeccable follow-up skills.
