Helena was the attorney who helped us with the closing for our new construction condo. She was super helpful and very nice and friendly and was always quick to respond. She went above and beyond to chase the developer and his attorney to get our condo closed and also made sure that all our punchlist items were listed out before closing to ensure we would get the issues fixed after closing.
