Very good listener, chooses his words carefully and provides as complete information available and works with the team to develop a plan. He often will work with another attorney in his firm who I too would highly recommend, and they make a great team and at times seem to offer appear to complement one another and yet each support the team and goals or tasks needed at the moment, and ensure that the client and case is represented in the most optimal, legal and ethical manner with a big picture outlook and most importantly keeping the family and most importantly son/daughter at the center of ultimate consideration. Thank Eric M Hartig from the Law Office of Jeffery Leving for assisting with this level of concern I had in dealing with the dissolution of my marriage and allocation for my son. We were able to get things settled on who is the main residence, parenting time and also doing any kind of corrections that had to be dealt with in the process. Eric M Hartig was assigned to my hearing halfway through the case and was able to get things resolved quicker than the first initial settlement that was started. Although it may have taken longer than expected, Eric M Hartig was able to get things addressed on the court orders and was able to get everything resolved by the end of the hearing. Only reason why I have put 4 out of 5 star was how lengthy this hearing took, but he did a tremendous job. Thank you again!
