I was expecting much better service than I got. A record that was needed got "lost" and I got a denial. Now I am in the appeal stages. This attorney is obviously uncomfortable with public speaking and not very personable. I wish they had not passed me off to this young lawyer before adequately training him.

He withdrew from my case without informing me. Even before this, he did not keep me updated or involved in my case.
