JoAnne Bruzgal contacted me about a case at the last minute. I put in a lot of work for her and her client, including testifying in court as an expert. Her client stiffed me on payment and JoAnne has done nothing to help me collect the money that I am owed by her client. I will not be working with her again.

I worked with JoAnne regarding extensive damages to my condo due to negligence from the HOA. She was great to work with, super attentive, detailed and organized. We worked together for more than 2 years in order to settle with the board. In the end, she was able to negotiate a great deal that helped me extensively. I would highly recommend her for any real estate consulting or legal work.
