I was referred to the Toney Law Firm by a friend when I was erroneously and irresponsibly arrested by the Chicago Police Department for a DUI. Unfortunately though, sometimes as citizens we are subject to the trust the state puts in their (often inadequate/presumptuous) law enforcement. That's why we need firms like The Toney Law Firm to get our collective back. Sarah and her team, notably Ms. Brittany Howard, not only secured my non-guilty verdict, but also my integrity and pride in myself, and my confidence in our court system. The presiding judge literally told me after the verdict that I should thank my lawyer, the aforementioned Ms, Howard, for the excellent work she did for me. I would and will confidently and readily refer their knowledge and expertise to any person seeking the justice they deserve. 5 stars indeed.
