The person answering the phones, is very rude doesn't allow you to talk as well as sarcastic. I called to obtain information to see if I had a case and he barely wanted to listen. I also have a speech impediment he made fun of that as well, he replied call back when I learn how to talk better. My speech impediment is a result of bad medicine as well as other physical issues that was caused. If your black a woman with a real issue, I do not recommend this law firm.

James Gay was refered to me by my doctor's office after my car accident. He worked so hard respesenting me in my car accident case. I really appreciate how much he did to help things work out as best as they possibly could for me. I was extremely pleased with the outcome after a super not fun situation!!! Thanks to Jim!! He always listened to me and my story and truly helped me through a situation that was less than ideal. He worked so hard on behalf of me and was always there to listen and talk me through the entire process. I have nothing but wonderful reviews for Jim and his staff. I will most definitely be in touch with Jim if I ever need anything again. He was awesome to work with and we ended my case exactly as I hoped it would be! I was very thankful for him!!

Honestly,the person who answered the phone is not professional, and does not give proper information, being blunt and poor etiquette, there isn't any legal advice, very rude I'll mannered, very dimmissive, though the answering service have a much more proper and professional demeanor. The negative reveiws are very spot on and true to what they are saying.
