They were courteous, very professional, very knowledgeable and very timely. Even after forgetting to include something in the final order, I was impressed with the service & fees!!!
However, once case was resolved, it was very hard to get a response from their office & I had to file a complaint to get a copy of my original documents that I gave them to support my case. At this point, I don't expect to ever receive my original documents.
Their service will always be greatly appreciated.

Amazing experience working with Daniel Hernandez! You definitely want him on your side, as I did when there was an exceptionally difficult situation with my seller.
