My attorney, Tiffany, was not responsive and did not adequately advocate on my behalf. Although I informed her of my struggles getting any parenting time with my 5 month old daughter, she did not ever attempt to resolve that with the court. Instead, she always advocated for the status quo. I was the petitioner in the case, and even after 5 months (we filed right after she was born) the child support that I wanted to provide was not settled. Overall, I would not recommend this firm to anyone as they fell short of their promises to help me get time with my daughter and it seems like they didn't even try. This is very confusing to me as I was the petitioner and I am an ideal father in the eyes of the court (no criminal history whatsoever, own my own house in a good area, wanted to pay child support, steady morally upstanding job). I was very disappointed in NextLevel after having high hopes for them - do not trust them to handle an issue as important as your family!

I paid monthly and heard nothing for months then when I called my attorney was not available they fail to communicate with you to tell you anything please stay away from this place their billing practices are aggressive and it doesn’t stop they have with drew from being my attorney filed for fees they say owe them but they are still trying to draw funds from my account if you need help I suggest you look elsewhere this is not the place

I can't recommend Amanda Carey enough. She really knows how to prepare a witness and I found her to be very personable. Our case experienced many ups-and-downs but all throughout our family's welfare was her only focus. We genuinely mattered to her! The previous reviews written are absolutely spot on. Sure, others may charge less but get the best - get Amanda!

My experience with this law firm has been both inexperienced and unsympathetic in terms of their competence, complete follow-up, and continued communication with their litigation process. While I did talk with the partnering attorney Daniel Hernandez on several occasions to answer my questions about my case, I did NOT receive the same treatment from their staff, interns and other legal professionals. This type of dissatisfaction left a very bitter taste in dealing with a legal firm to handle my divorce process. I cannot recommend NEXT LEVEL to handle anyone for legal services and be very concerned if their firm has to reschedule or call you back the next day to handle your questions. Also be sure to read the ENTIRE documents sent to you because they mixed up their payment information as well. Do not take your chances with NEXT LEVEL LAW.
