As A Mother whom never experienced anything with the a case at all Tom was one who was upfront from the beginning .The process was long but short with his help and expertise . I'm one who really didn't know much and was there for every case regardless my son .But Tom time and patience really helped me through walking out this along. He answered every question and calls and texts even after hours he gave his time and I really really appreciate it for real .
