Fui hasta el edificio porque no contestaban y solo me dieron el mismo número y me dijeron que no podia entrar sin cita, estuve llamando otra vez y por fin constesto una señora y lo primero que me dijo es que no tenían citas disponibles, entonces le pregunté que en que fecha tienen disponible citas y me dijo que no que tenia que volver a llamar al otro día, volví a llamar y no contestan ni siquiera, al parecer simplemente no desean ayudar y deberían decirlo, no jugar con el tiempo de las personas que triste que una organización que se dedica a ayudar cuente con personas que no aportan a esta.

Muy eficientes muy amables, pero lo único malo son las security de la entrada abajo pues yo tenia mi cita en mayo 15 y pedí si alguien cancelaba me llamaran y me llamaron mela dieron el mismo dia yo llame el dia 30 se abril ese mismo dia me la dieron y yo iba ami 2da cita fui pero el problema eran las security las 2 afroamericana y chacaron en el sistema les di mi matricula consular mi identificación y ovia mente no aparecia yo en el sistema pero les enseñe el email donde aparecia la cita el dia 30 abril y a pesar de enseñarles y traducirles la cita que me avían enviado por email con la fecha y hora no me dejaron subir yyo con miedo a perder la cita dijeron llamales continua llamando que bajen pero no contestaban hasta que por Fin me contesto carla bajo por mi y pude estar en mi cita

We were lucky that NIJC agreed to take my friend's case. They don't take everyone. I was told by the lawyer for NIJC in Goshen, IN that they only took cases that they thought they could win. In this new case, Olivia Judd agreed to take the case and got a pro Bono lawyer to represent him in court. The lawyer did a wonderful job and he was granted asylum in Chicago yesterday. So. Thank you to Olivia for helping this very worthy man to remain in the U.S. We will be forever grateful for NIJC and for you, Olivia.

Hace ya más de 1 año me quiero comunicar con ellos les dejo mensajes de vos, les dejo email y nada que me devuelven ni un solo mensaje. He ido a sus oficinas y si no es con una cita no t atienden entonces? Como hago como comunicarles algo?

Dave and his team are just the best, when i thought i had no chance of staying he worked so hard and tried different things to help me stay. I will forever be grateful to them because they gave the chance to be with my children and see them grow, Edit: 05/01/2024 still working with them and let me tell you these ppl work so hard you just don’t have idea of how many cases they each carry because they are passionate about their job and love to help ppl, so don’t judge and if you don’t like it go pay thousands somewhere else! And let this ppl work in peace with grateful ppl

A place to be as an immigrant needing legal assistance.

They don’t have an answering machine for you to leave a voicemail so good luck calling..and there’s no one to answer emails. The phone call hangs up after being on hold for so long and you have to call again. It’s very frustrating when you just want answers and you just want someone to answer you. To be able to leave a call back number or a voicemail would be nice for people who feel they have no way to get through to someone.
