And even with the stay-at-home orders, closures, and adjustments due to COVID-19 throughout last year, these never really affected how we approached our case because the team adapted to a virtual setup early on. When we finally got our notice for interview, Atty. Jae was very pragmatic in how we prepped for it and that really made things easier when we went to the actual one. Everything that we had encountered and experienced, we were able to prepare for it down to a T. As a result, our case was approved on the spot. If you are reading this and you need a sign, take this as one. I can assure you, after your first consultation with Atty Jae, your search for a good immigration lawyer will end with him.

My case was very complicated but att.Jae and his staff are amazing. They're very helpful and knowledgeable. With a denial of I485 att Jae encouraged me to go with I601 waiver and thanks to him and his group I received my greencard! He made sure everything was perfect and would meet twice a week with me and my wife! He went above and beyond on our case. I was ticketed for aggravated speeding in December 2020, my drivers license was temporarily taken away and I was absolutely terrified because I never had received such a serious ticket. I also never had to go to court before so I had no idea what I was doing. I happened to find Driver Defense via google. KATLYN MATHY was assigned as my attorney and she took the absolute best care of me. She sat on the phone with me prior to court for about 30 minutes and patiently walked me through the entire process, gave me all of the possible outcomes and answered every question I had. She got my ticket reduced from a misdemeanor to petty and was able to get me back my license on the same day I was in court. I earned myself a ticket for going 70 in a 35 which is a criminal misdemeanor. Katlyn Mathy at the Driver Defense Team got my ticket plead down to petty speeding which resulted in only a $50 fine. No license suspension, no reporting of the incident to insurance. The legal costs are more than worth the alternative to me. I would definitely rehire DDT if I found myself in the same situation!
