They have been very helpful with helping us resolve our debts which we couldn't handle due to the COVID pandemic and illness.Whenever they resolve a dispute they are very good in explaining the solutions and options chosen. I highly recommend them!

Was totally happy with how things were progressing, until I had my taxes done this year. I was penalized for the savings from one of my closed accounts. I was charged for that being income not taxed. I tried to talk to a lawyer from Turnbull and the aide on the line told me there was no lawyer to help. I just want some questions answered and was told there is nobody I can talk to. I am upset. Not sure if I'm really saving. Sure wish I could talk with a lawyer from this LAW GROUP. I do appreciate all they have done for me. I just was blindsided when my tax accountant said I was being charged because one of the creditors was paid off. I just wanted to speak to someone about this and the agent said there was nobody else to talk with. Thank you for what you have accomplished for me so far.

Calling to cancel today. They were not transparent with fees nor were they truthful about timelines. The other posters are correct. And savings that would have been realized are eaten up in fees. Do yourself a favor. Call and negotiate with creditors yourself. You'll save a ton of money and not destroy your credit score. I only wish I would have cancelled sooner. Or even better, not contacted them at all.
