I’m so upset with this company, I wish I never signed up with them. I’m paying my biweekly deposits and doing what I agreed to and they aren’t. For a year now I’ve been sending them papers I’ve been served for a debt that was in my program from the beginning, they haven’t done anything to help me and I’m now stuck with a large wage garnishment. I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for an attorney or supervisor to contact me and I haven’t heard anything. But they are taking out fees and collecting their money. I will be reaching out to BBB and seeing what I can do about this because this is completely unacceptable!

The customer service department is friendly, understanding and helpful

its extremely hard to get a live person I've tried calling for the last week and I have yet to reach someone. This unacceptable!

I recommend this firm to anyone that has a debit hole they need to get out of.. They are extremely dedicated. Resolve debits is what they do and do very well… I could not be satisfied with anyone else … Turnbull law is the real deal for debit resolutions…

Everything thing is going smoothly

The attorneys and staff at Turnbull have been amazing and very professional at helping me resolve my debt. They were very understanding of my situation and gave me the best advice. To my surprise they have resolved some my debt much quicker than expected! All I can say is if you are struggling with debt do not hesitate to call and let them help you, they are amazing!
